Because all of our items are personalized or customized products, they are non-returnable. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

 

 

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

 

 

Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
